Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Miami, FL and all orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. There is a standard shipping rate for all orders under $150! 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship/be fulfilled. More often than not, it will ship a lot faster than that! You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. If you have any questions, email info@thewhimsicalromance.com. 

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 

 

My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet. 

ln the occasion that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it, please contact USPS to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package’s status is labeled as delivered, there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it but we will definitely help you in trying to find out where it is! Sometimes USPS says "delivered" but it has yet to be delivered. So give it another business day before calling!

We are not responsible for lost packages after they’ve been marked delivered.

Do you have an overall size chart?

Please keep in mind that sizes vary between brands. On each product page, check to see what size the model is and what size she is wearing and use that as your guide to purchasing the perfect size for you! If you'd like to get in touch about sizing, email info@thewhimsicalromance.com.

 

How often do you restock?

This is different for every item. Some items are restocked quite regularly, while some don't get restocked at all. Since we do not manufacture our own clothing, restocking depends on the availability of our vendors. Unfortunately, a majority of our items will not get restocked and are only available at a first come first serve basis. If you would like to know whether a specific item will be restocked or not, feel free to send us a message through the contact form.
